Shri Gautam Shipbreaking Industries Pvt Ltd is alang's one of the largest Class NK certified, HKC compliant Green Ship Recycling Yard, started by Late Shri Vinodbhai Bhayani, engaged in iron and steel industry since 1963 and was among first few of the industrialists to be given the baton to launch ship recycling industry in Alang. He was later joined by his enterprising elder son, Mr. Samir Bhayani in 1989 as well as younger son Mr. Shital Bhayani in 1992 and the company has expanded its operations since that time. We are committed to green ship recycling and we have the one of the biggest plot measuring 9,348 sq. meters at ship breaking yard, Alang, in the state of Gujarat, India. Safety of our people is our topmost priority. Our green ship recycling services are specific to the Hong Kong Convention of sustainable ship recycling which is certified by ClassNK, Japan. We have heavily invested in our infrastructure to operate the recycling activities as per ClassNk - HKC Compliance & to maintain best health, safety culture as well as environment friendly operations
